Product CSV Template
Download this template, fill in the required columns, and share it with City Admins to upload products in bulk. For photos: put the exact filename (e.g. basmati-rice.jpg) in the image_filename column, then when uploading, select all the matching photo files alongside the CSV — no manual base64 pasting needed.
Required columns: name, category, sub_category, mrp, selling_price, image_filename
Optional columns: size, description
Recommended image size: square, ~800×800px, JPEG, under 1MB. Gets auto-compressed on upload, so no benefit going larger.
Sub-category Images
These are the tile images shown on the customer's Categories screen for each Category > Sub-category. If you don't upload one, the app falls back to using the first product's photo in that sub-category — this template lets you set a clean, dedicated icon instead.
Required columns: category, sub_category, image_filename
Recommended image size: square, ~300×300px, JPEG, under 300KB — these render small, so a large source image is unnecessary.
Image Cleanup
Compresses every image already stored in the database (shop photos, product photos, banners, social icons) down to a reasonable size. Run this if the app feels slow to load — large uncompressed images are the most common cause. New uploads are already compressed automatically; this is only needed for older data.
Revenue Report
Full income, expenses, and net position for any date range — calculated directly from delivered orders. This doesn't wait on payout settlement status; it reflects the true financial position as of right now.

Download CSV reports for any custom date range — pick your dates once, then download whichever report you need.
